refreshing an iconic Brand

To help steer Bank of Scotland through its brand refresh, I first revised the bank’s Tone of Voice and then wrote the initial in-branch launch materials for the ‘With You All the Way’ campaign. This rebranding work was subsequently awarded a Transform Gold Award for design agency, Rufus Leonard.

Colleagues’ Brand Book

One of my first projects was to write a brochure that explained the rebrand to colleagues, engaging them in the changes that were taking place.

I then adapted the colleagues’ brand book into an in-branch brochure that explained the changes to customers.

Together with my art director, Jules Doyle, I was asked to devise a social media competition that would engage customers in the refreshed Bank of Scotland Brand.
