Accelerating applications for NatWest

NatWest invited Karmarama to put together a UX team that would completely reimagine the opening of their personal bank account. As part of that team, my role was to set the standards for content by driving cohesive narratives across multiple platforms and touch points. 

 

Improved first time pass

The overarching aim of the project was to improve the First Time Pass (FTP) for users applying for an account online. This meant preventing applicants from dropping out when they had to produce documents or supply information. It also meant making the identity verification process as seamless as possible.
